My body is functioning alright, but my stomach is having a bad reaction to something and I am not sure what it is. My workout stuff is the same stuff I was taking before I left the states, but I'm wondering if there's something in the milk here these days, that could be doing it. That's the only thing I'm consistently putting in my body on a daily basis here. If anyone has any input, let me know. I don't want to get into details here.
