Today I was at home gathering some things for the week before Ruth and I headed over to watch Millie and Zoe for the next few days while their human was away for work. One of the things I brought with me was my Tennessee road map. Yes, this map is very handy for road trips. Even though you still might have to stop and ask for directions at times, since there isn't always a phone signal on some of these Tennessee back roads. I once learned the hard way though that the number with the square in it is a totally different road than the same number in that red shaped box. That does turn out to be one beautiful drive though.
I say all of that to present you with this.
FYI - it is very hard to give one's take in 100 words, but it was worth a shot.
I know it isn't a photo, but it is pretty significant in our world today. So many seek this idea of self-help this, and self-help that. Been there done that. Wrote about this, wrote about that. Maybe I learned a thing or two. This screenshot contains the most popular searches that come up when you type the phrase "roadmap to". Three of them seem kind of basic - work hard and you can be awesome. Three more of them (they start with R) require some huge steps - reaching out and connecting. Righting your wrongs. Seeking forgiveness. Becoming accountable. Seeking redemption.
Like I was saying, 100 words will not do something like this justice, but it is a way to enable other readers to reflect and maybe even form their own opinion.
