January 7, 2020 - You Should Eat This Pho' Sho! Tasty Tuesday

Excuse the corny pun, but the older I get the more courageous I become with using them. On Thursdays my old man spends time in the neighborhood assisting the folks at Memphis Animal Services. It is usually my off day, so I turn to the reliable Yelp app as a guide for our lunch time visits.

One of our recent discoveries led us to a fine, fine Vietnamese and Thai food establishment.  On Saturday my friend Teddy came and meet me in Bartlett to take part in this wonderful eating experience.

Proceed below for more.

It's called Pho 64. You get a great return on your short term investment, that's "pho sho". Feel free to roll your eyes on that one, but I am just being honest. Three appetizers and two main dishes all for under $40 (39 and some change to be exact). Those fried vegetables off to the right - WOW. That Tom Yum Spicy Seafood Soup - Very yum yum, but not that spicy. The Edamame - as it should be. My friend Teddy's Drunken Noodles - well, he didn't leave anything on the plate. The Quail that was finished off before picture time - you get the point! Venture out to Bartlett, TN and give it a try for yourself.

Pho 64 is located near the intersection of Summer and Stage Road at 6773 Stage Road in a small shopping center. They are open for lunch and dinner, but closed on Sundays as a majority of Vietnamese restaurants
