I enjoyed the boat ride, and the furnished lunch was nice too. We had some Vietnamese soup with pork, carrots and 'taters in it. We did get to try some Sea Urchins, which were actually a little tasty. Other dishes for the meal included water spinach, beef, rice, and some fresh watermelon.
That's a pretty good appetizer there. In the middle is a spoon. Big oops there.
Here are a few of the pictures that I took while riding on the boat today. The sun was definitely shining bright today. My back ain't feelin' to hot, but that happens.
